Free Photo with Santa Offered Friday, December 2

Have Your Picture Taken with Santa

All children are invited to meet Santa and have their picture taken with him, free of charge, on Friday, December 2 during the Christmas in Downtown – A Holiday Celebration event. The Cedar Creek Ruritan Club will be assisting Santa, Mrs. Claus and the elves to make this the best time ever. Photos will begin at approximately 6:45 pm right after Santa lights the two downtown trees. He has such a busy night but cannot wait to see everyone.

Photo Location

First Presbyterian Church located at 110 North Main Street has graciously provided the space and it is the place to be. You will enter through the North Main Street entrance in the courtyard and follow the elves to the Simon Room where the jolly old soul himself will be waiting. The photos will be emailed to the parents or guardians so they may print in the way that suits them best.

“Rein-de-llamas, Magic Reindeer Food and More

The front lawn at First Presbyterian Church on North Main Street will be where you can see the live “Rein-de-llamas” provided by Walnut Ridge Llama Farm. While there shop for llama fiber socks and hats. Make magic food for Santa’s reindeer with Ethan Myers of Myers Pumpkin Patch and Greenhouses while shopping for fresh Greene County mistletoe. You can also get fresh kettle corn and homemade fudge to put in your holiday gift baskets. Be on the lookout for samples given out in the crowd. Brian’s Funnel Cakes will also be located there.
