The Color 7
The Color 7 was formed in 2016 by Ron Hensley and Chris Tarlton. They both have been performing in the local tribute bands The Threetles and Prism: a tribute to Pink Floyd. Out of the desire for them to write their own original music and perform a wide variety of rock cover songs from the 60s up to the 90s and today, the band was born. Local musician Paul McCray was approached to fill out the band on bass guitar. Since forming, the band has played many club dates, parties and just about anywhere the music takes them. The audience will hear a mixture of classic rock songs, some southern rock, 90s grunge and original music written by the band. Their original music is as diverse as the cover songs they play. Ron Hensley is the bands guitarist, Chris Tarlton is the drummer and Paul McCray is the bassist. Ron and Chris divide the vocal duties. It is a show that is sure to please any music lover.
We are a band that has years of background experiences. What time our band has been together we have opened shows for people such as David Ball, Eddy Raven, Earle Thomas Conley, just to name a few! We play all over the east coast from theatres to honky tonks to playin right on the beach with our toes in the sand. Look us and book us if u want a rockin little country band for your amusement!!!
